Avocado Sandwich | Healthy Sandwich | Butterfruit Toast | Vegan Toast | GuacamoleToast

Avocado fruits have healthy fat which are helps in lower bad cholesterol.avocado is a nutrient dense food and packed with many vitamins and minerals.
This is a simple sandwich recipe using Avocado as main ingredient.This can also be called as guacamole toast.Usually Guacamole has mashed avocado with onion and tomato and basic spices I have just added Boiled corn kernels to Guacamole for a different taste.Guacamole has to be prepared just before eating, Else it get oxidise when exposed to air and becomes dark in colour.

Ingredients:
Ripe avocado -2
Onion finely chopped 1/4 cup
Tomato finely chopped /14 cup
Boiled corn kernels 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice from half lemon
Coriander leaves
Bread slice -4
Oil to toast.
