Today we present “Crispy Veggie Sticks” with homemade Mayo dip π
Ingredients:
Mashed Potato – 1 big size
Grated Paneer – 100 gram
Grated Carrot – 3 Tablespoon
Chopped Onion – 3 Tablespoon
Chopped Green Chili – 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Coriander – 1 Tablespoon
Bread crumbs – 2 Tablespoon
Chaat Masala – 1 Tablespoon
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – 1 Tablespoon/**as per taste
For Coating Batter:
Rice Flour – 2 Tablespoon
Corn Flour – 2 Tablespoon
Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Coarsely Grinded Papad – 4 to 5
To make Dip:
Mayonnaise – 2 Tablespoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce/Ketchup – 1 Tablespoon
