My Go-To Healthy Breakfast Burrito Recipe! [Optimize Fat Burning]
Lately, I’ve been craving a good ol’ breakfast burrito. But a traditional breakfast burrito is not exactly in line with various wellness or weight loss goals. Lately, I’ve been making my own version of the traditional breakfast burrito so that we can optimize fat burning and balance blood glucose levels.

My Break-Fast Burrito Recipe (you can also screen shot this in the video!)
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter
5 eggs
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cabbage, chopped
1/2-1 avocado (depending on how much you want)
pinch of sea salt
optional 1 oz. sharp cheddar
2 Nuco wraps (you can find them here:
optional hot sauce
optional fermented cabbage
1. In a pan over medium heat, add 1/2 Tbsp. butter, onions, cabbage and a pinch of sea salt. Saute for 5-7 minutes.
2. Split the cooked cabbage mixture between two wraps.
3. Add the remaining butter to the pan. Whisk the eggs in a small bowl and add to the pan. Cook until eggs reach desired doneness.
4. Add eggs and avocado, optional hot sauce, fermented cabbage and cheese.
