This vegan recipe is not only delicious, low in calories and fat but also very filling, one of my all time favourite and easy meals to make. Tastes great – for alternatives try adding some chopped coriander, tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste or any kind of alternative beans. Play with the recipe and have fun trying new things!

1 x Tin Cannellini Beans
1 x Medium Watermelon
1 x Large Cucumber
1 x Large Apple
2 x Avocado
2 x Lime
