Masala menthya kadabu is a healthiest and tasty breakfast. Here, we use green leaves, peanut, and Nige seeds powder..all All are having a good level of proteins and vitamins. Use this recipe both for Breakfast as well as snacks.
Ingredients to prepare:
Rice flour:1/4 kg
methi leaves 1/2 bunch
sabakshi 1/2 bunch
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
2 onion
3 green chili
4 tablespoon of Niger(hucchellu) seeds
4 tablespoon of peanut powder
a tablespoon of mustard and cumin seeds.
2 tablespoon of oil.
salt to taste
