Easy & Healthy Hung Curd/ Yogurt Sandwich
A quick and healthy must try sandwich recipe… Our Hung Curd or Yogurt Sandwich is ideal for a summer brunch or an evening snack.
What you need?
1. Bread
2. Hung Curd or Thick Greek Yogurt
3. Some finely chopped vegetables
4. Nuts
5. Seasoning
Step 1 – Take 1 cup Hung Curd or thick Greek yogurt
Mix 1 clove grated garlic, 1 small finely chopped green chilli, salt and pepper
Step 2 – Add vegetables of your choice
We added – 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1/4 cup carrot (grated)
1/4 cup green pepper or capsicum (chopped)
1/4 cup fresh coriander (finely chopped)
1/4 cup toasted peanuts (coarsely crushed)
Step 3 – Combine everything and your thick yummy sandwich filling is ready
Step 4 – Toast bread of your choice with little butter
( Butter is optional here, but who doesn’t like butter on toast)
Step 5 – Add a generous helping of filling between two bread slices or you can even enjoy an open sandwich
