Here is the recipe for sandwich. Sandwich are quite preferred by kids as well as by adults. In this recipe, we have used raw vegetables and hung curd, both are very healthy. We can add or remove the vegetables as per taste. Hung curd sandwitch is a very easily cooked and healthy breakfast or can be used as brunch and will make life easy for office goers.

1/2 cup hung curd
some bread slices
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup boiled corn
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin
1/4 tsp black salt
salt according to taste
