The Red Poha and Date Fruit delicacy. It Boosts your immunity. Low budget diet plan. No cooking only mixing recipe. It is a low calorie recipe. This red poha recipe reduces diabetes. Energy booster.
This breakfast recipe gives you a lot of energy. No oil recipe. It is very easy to make the recipe. Which helps to boost your immunity. Red poha also helps with weight loss.
Food for Thoughts :
Imagine high because you don’t have limitations!
Ingredients:
Red poha (aval) – 150gms
Date fruit – 5 NO
Curd – 100ml
Carrot – 1NO
Coconut – 2TBSP
Country sugar – 3TBSP
Cashew nuts – few
Raisin – few
Honey – 1TBSP
Ground nuts – 2 TBSP
Cinnamon powder – ¼ TBSP
Method of preparation :
Soak the red poha for few minutes.
Grate the carrot and coconut.
Powder the groundnut.
Blend the curd and date fruits
Now transfer the soaked red poha ( aval) into the mixing bowl.
Add the grated carrot, powdered groundnut, coconut, country sugar & cinnamon powder with poha.
Pour the curd and date fruit mixture with poha. Sprinkle the cinnamon powder.
Mix it well.
For garnishing add honey, few cashew nuts, and raisins. Enjoy the delicious diet.
