Dahi or Hung Curd sandwich is a quick & easy breakfast recipe it contains lot of veggies plus healthy curd for a creamy texture. This sandwich is so creamy and delicious that it doesn’t require any extra dip along with it. optionally, you can add a slice of cheese to make it more tasty and cheesy. however, you can skip cheese. This sandwich can be prepared with any bread. I have used Multigrain sandwich bread, but this equally taste with brown or oats bread too.
