Ingredients :
1) Oats – 1 cup
2) Warm water – 1 cup
3) Onion – 1 medium sized
4) Beetroot – 1 small sized
5) Green Chilli – 3
6) Coriander leaves
7) Ginger paste – 1/4 tbsp
8) Garlic – 2-3 cloves
9) salt as per taste
10) Oil – 2 tbsp
