Ragi Dosa is a healthy breakfast recipe which can be prepared very easily.This protein rich breakfast is very tasty and even kids love its taste.

Ragi Dosa Recipe:

Ingredients

Ragi Flour 1 cup
Urad dal paste 1/3 cup
Curd 1/4 cup
Rice flour 1.5tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Water as required

Method:
In a mixing bowl take one cup ragi flour , urad d paste(soak urad dal for 2-3 hours and grind it to a fine paste), rice flour, curd, salt .
Mix it properly and add water as needed to make a thin batter of pouring consistency.
Heat tawa on medium flame and brush it with oil .
Now add ladle full of batter and spread thin.
Add tsp of oil and roast 2-3 mins
Flip on other side and roast nicely for another minute.
Hot Ragi Dosa Ready to serve with peanut chutney.
