Hope you all are doing great and are safe. Today I’m gonna be sharing another healthy and super yum salad recipe that’s gonna win hearts, for sure.

Ingredients:

Half a cup Kidney Beans ( soaked for 6-8 hours and boiled)
Half a cup Black-eyed Peas ( Soaked and boiled)
Half a cup Chickpeas ( Soaked and boiled)
Half a cup Green Moong ( Soaked and boiled)
Half a cup Black Chana
Boiled Corn (Optional)
Bell Peppers (Green-Yellow-Red)
1 to 1.5 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tsp Lemon juice
1 Tsp sugar
1/2 Tsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli flakes and oregano (each)
Freshly chopped corriander leaves
1.5 tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
