Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup (plain)
Gram flour (besan)- 1 cup
Onion(chopped)-1
Tomato (chopped)-1
french beans-1/2 cup
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/3 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/3 tsp
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp- optional
Salt to taste or 3/4 tsp
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread, or Any type of bread you have and you like it.
1/2 ripe banana
pinch of black pepper
2 teaspoon butter
Steps
1.Peel the banana and cut the banana into pieces.
2.Place the banana into a bowl, and set aside.
3.Spread 1 tablespoon of butter onto 1 slice of each slice of whole wheat bread.
4.Place the banana onto 1 slice of whole wheat bread.
5.Top with 1 slice of remaining whole wheat bread.
6.Gently press the sandwich with your hand.
7.Spread the butter on both sides of the sandwich.
8.In a flying pan on medium heat, place in the sandwich and grill it until golden brown on all sides for about 3 minutes per side.
9.Cut the sandwich into r triangles.
