Thanks for checking out my recipe for super healthy flapjack / Granola bars! 

You will need the following ingredients;

2 cups of quick cooking oats
½ cup Wholemeal flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup Peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
½ cup of Honey
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 cups of your choice of nuts, dried fruit and seeds
I used Goji berries, Chia seeds, dried apricots, Brazil nuts & almonds

Directions:

Pre heat the oven to 160c or 325f

Firstly making sure that the nuts you have chosen are not whole. I used a zip lock bag and beat them with a rolling pin to break them up. Place all of the dry ingredients (excluding the sugar) into a large mixing bowl and combine. On the stove top, in a pan, on low heat, combine the peanut butter, honey and sugar, just until combined. Then combine the dry and wet ingredients and place the mixture into a baking pan, lined with parchment paper. Press down firmly to all corners and make sure it is level. Bake in the oven for around 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 3 hours. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy 

Great for breakfast as it will keep you full or before a workout.
