3 st hole eggs
3 st egg white
Sea salt

175 degrees celsius in 45-50 min

Macros: (one slize is 40-45 g)
100 g bread:
387 kcal
16,5 g protein
21 g fat
28 g carbs (lower in carb then regular bread)
