In this video I am showing you three meals – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – so that you can make a full day of eating on this diet and kick start your weight loss! Please know that these are examples of individual meals and you can have as big of servings as you’d like – and supplement with snacks throughout the day! I am NOT saying that this is the portion size that you have to eat or that you can only eat this… yada yada yada. Just a little disclaimer 😉 If this “wouldn’t fill you up,” then eat more! LOL! This is a WFPB (Whole Foods Plant-Based) diet! It is a diet of starches, vegetables, fruits, and legumes. And it SOS-Free, free of salt, sugar, and oil! This is a completely vegan diet. It is naturally high in carbohydrates and low in fat – known as HCLF. On this diet, we not count calories or restrict portions, we eat lots and lots of food. That is the beauty of this diet – you can eat large volumes of food!! If you want to lose weight AND feel full at the same time – this is the diet for you! My clients are losing TONS of weight on this style of eating and they feel full, they’re saving money, and they’re full of energy!! Losing weight can be easy and fun.
