Ingredients list :

1. Mustard Oil – 1 Teaspoon (with the Oil used for frying dried red chillies which are used for Garnishing)
2. Dried Red Chillies – 1 (Medium Size)
3. Ajwain/ Carom Seeds – 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon
4. Water Spinach/ Kalmi Saag – 200 grams
5. Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
6. Salt – As per taste
7. Jaggery/ Gur/Sugar – 1 Teaspoon

Ingredients List for Garnishing :

1. Mustard Oil : 1 and 1/2 Teaspoon
2. Dried Red Chillies : 2 (Medium Size)
3. A slice of lemon

#Garnish with some Dried Red Chillies and a slice of lemon and Serve with hot rice or roti.

Note👉 You can also use #Sugar in place of #Jaggery but please remember that sugar is injurious to bones, so, please avoid using sugar in the recipe.
