Hello my beautiful healthnuts. Posting a video after a long long time. Reason for not posting regularly ? Well, life!! It’s super hectic with my full time job and this pandemic and lockdowns have really dampened everyone’s motivation. But I am so grateful to have you all in my Youtube family. I am so overwhelmed by all the messages that get on Instagram requesting me to start posting video again. I am truly thankful to you all for all your love and support. It has given me the motivation to find time for creating content again. But no promises on regularity though. I still have to devote majority of my time to my full time job 🤷♀️ But with all your love and support, I am sure I will be able to find the motivation and time to make more content in the upcoming months. ✌🤞
Here is the ingredient list for healthy and guilt free banana bread – No Sugar and no flour :
1.Ripe Banana – 2 to 3 (1 cup mashed banana; the riper the better)
2.Oat bran/ Oat flour – 1 and 1/4 cup (you can make your own by simply grinding rolled oats to fine or slightly coarse powder)
3.Soft pitted dates – 1 cup (soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them even more and then make a paste in mixer or mash with a fork)
4.Greek yogurt/ hung curd – 1/2 cup
5.Eggs – 2 (at room temperature)
6. Baking powder – 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
7. Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
8. Unsalted butter – 1/4 cup
9. Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
10. Brown sugar for sprinkle – ABSOLUTELY OPTIONAL 😉
Mix everything together, except the brown sugar. and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 mins at 180 degrees (or depending on your own oven as every oven is different)
Done!!!!
