Single polished brown rice – 1/2 cup
Tur dal – 1/4 cup
Bengal gram – 1/4 cup
Green gram – 1/4 cup
Yellow moongdal – 1/4 cup
Red chillies – 4
Salt – 1tsp
Jeera – 1tsp
Black peppercorns – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
One hand full of curry leaves
Small piece of ginger
Onion – 1 medium sized

HORSE GRAM
Horse gram ( in tamil kollu) is the most protein rich lentil found on the planet. It’s high in Iron, Calcium and Zinc. In fact horse gram has the Highest calcium among pulses and hence is one of the richest vegetarian sources of protein it’s also known as super pulse of India. It helps to burn fat and protect against kidney stones and gallbladder stones and it is also much cheaper than other Dal’s it helps to keep you feel fuller for longer time. Thus it’s help in weight loss & fat burning.
CURRY LEAVES
Curry leaves are good source of iron and folate also helps to reduce hairfall issue and give you a glowing skin. Those with iron deficiency must try to include fresh curry leaves in their diet regularly.
