Ingredients :
1 cup – couscous
1 cup – water
1 tsp – Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
2 tsps – Lime Juice
Black Pepper
1 tsp – Chaat Masala
Any veggies of your choice (You can add nuts, boiled pulses)
Coriander and Mint for garnish

Second Recipe – Lemon Coriander Couscous
Ingredients:
1 cup – Couscous
1 cup – water
2 tsps – olive oil
1 Chopped Onion
Handful of fresh coriander leaves chopped
2-3 cloves Garlic chopped
Salt to Taste
3 Tsps – Lime Juice
