Bitter Gourd Fry

Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds – 1Tsp
Curry leaves
Tamarind juice – 1/2Cup
Jaggery – 2Tbsp
Oil – 2Tbsp
Salt
Chilli powder – 1Tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4Tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2Tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2Tsp
Coriander leaves
