This recipe is a variety of pickings for a leisurely family meal. A savoury potato, hot & aromatic, traditional Spanish sausage, Beef & pork meatballs in a tangy tomato sauce and an authentic spanish omelette. NEED I SAY MORE?

I’ve also added in some side dishes of Spanish tomato & onion salad, as well as a few olives ofcourse.

At a time like this we all need to do stuff that makes us happy. For me, it’s always been a hobby to cook and also when people enjoy the food it makes me intensely happy. We are very optimistic that we are going to have a summer, and we can dine alfresco.

RECIPE BELOW

Ingredients:

PATATAS FRITAS
2 potatoes boiled and skinned
bunch of Parsley
Spring onion leaks
1/2 red pepper finely chopped
Half an onion
1 tsp of Spicy Paprika
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
Salt to taste

CHORIZO
Olive Oil
Chorizo

TOMATO SAUCE
250g of tomato pasata
4 peppers
5 sun dried tomatoes
Bunch of parsley
Spicy and smoked paprika
Clove of garlic
Salt to taste

MEATBALLS
300g of beef mince
150g pork mince
bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Half chopped onion
1 tbsp of bread crumbs
1 egg
Smoke and spicy paprika
Salt to taste

SPANISH OMELETTE
1 potato
3 eggs
1/2 an onion
Salt to taste

OTHER SNACKS
Olives, Bread, Salad
