🍲CHICKEN ALFREDO
•Birdseye Spinach Lentil Pasta with Alfredo Sauce
– cook according to package instructions
•Tyson’s Grilled & Ready Chicken strips
-cook according to package instructions
•Frozen Broccoli
-Simmer in a pan with water until cooked through and tender

Combine all ingredients together!😋

🥣ZUCCHINI LASAGNA BOWL
•Zucchini – sliced into half moon shape
•99% ground turkey (or other ground protein of choice!)
•Baby Bella mushrooms- sliced
•Zero point marinara (linked below) or your favorite pasta sauce
•Low fat ricotta
•Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook zucchini and mushroom on the stove until tender, add in your sauce and let it simmer for 5-8 minutes. When serving just layer your zucchini mixture with ricotta and you’re done! Top with grated Parmesan or other cheese if you want!🙌🏼

🍛SOUTHWEST ZUCCHINI BOWL
•ground turkey
•taco seasoning
•zucchini, mushroom tomato, ant vegetable you like!
•salsa
•water for simmering if needed

Cook your meat then add in the taco seasoning and story. Add your vegetables and some salt and pepper and let it cook down and get tender. Add some salsa to help combine everything together and you can also had seasoning like garlic powder, cumin, onion powder, or chili powder! Serve with light sour cream or salsa!💃🏻
