Ingredients:
-2 Chicken breasts (sliced into medium sized fillets)
-Crushed Garlic (2 tbsp)
-Chopped Coriander (2 tbsp)
-Lemon juice (2 tbsp)
-Hot Chilli sauce (2 tbsp)
-Mixed Italian herbs (1tsp)
-Black pepper (1/2 tsp)
-Salt (1 tsp)

Add all the ingredients to the chicken and mix them well. Add a tablespoon of cooking oil onto the chicken.

Drizzle some cooking oil onto a pan, and heat the oil for 1 min.
Add the chicken onto the pan and cook both sides for 5 mins on a high heat.
Then, on a low heat, cook each side again for a few minutes.
The chicken is now ready!
