Ingredients/ सामग्री

1 katori Oats/ जई
3 tsp Gram flour/ बेसन
½ katori curd/ दही
1 chopped onion/ प्याज
1 chopped tomato/ टमाटर
¼ grated carrot/ गाजर
1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste/ अदरक-हरी मिर्च पेस्ट
Coriander leaves/ धनिया के पत्ते
1 tsp salt/ नमक
½ tsp turmeric powder/ हल्दी पाउडर
¼ tsp black pepper powder/ काली मिर्च पाउडर
1 katori water/ पानी
1 tsp oil/ तेल

Take 1 katori oats and grind it in a mixture . Transfer it to bowl and add 3 tsp Gram flour , ½ katori curd, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, ¼ grated carrot,1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste,Coriander leaves, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder. Mix it all together . Now add 1 katori water in the mixture and mix it well. Take a pan and add 1 tsp oil and pour the mixture on the pan and spread it. Cook for 4-5 mins on low flame and cover the pan with lid. Add little oil and flip the Chilla. Now cook for 7-8 mins on the other side too.
To make it crisp cook for few seconds on high flame and our super healthy oats chilla is ready.
