Horsegram is avery healthy lentil specially for weight watchers and diabetics. This is also known as Kollu in Hindi or Kulinth in Hindi. It is high in fibre and protein rich too. It keeps you full for a long time. In this video we are showing two traditional recipes Idli & Dosa made with Brown rice and Horsegram. It can be served with chutney and Sambar.
