LIST OF INGREDIENTS
Classic Banana Bread & Banana Chocolate Ganache
360g of flour
2g or 1 tsp. baking powder
5g or 2 tsp. baking soda
2g or 1/4 tsp. salt
3g or 1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch cloves – optional
225g or 1 cup butter
180 g or 3/4 cup sour cream
360g banana pure – about 31/2 large bananas
3 eggs
150g or 3/4 cup of brown sugar
150g or 3/4 cup white sugar
Banana Chocolate Ganache
250g or 1 1/2 cup milk chocolate
150g smashed bananas – 1 1/2 bananas
Healthy Banana Bread
150g or 1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
pinch cloves
250g banana pure
2 eggs
1/4 tsp vanilla
50g or 4 tbsp. coconut milk
2 tbsp. honey
4 tbsp. grapeseed oil
1/2 cup dark 70% chocolate
