Frozen Yogurt Bark recipe can easily be made Vegan by using your favorite dairy-free yogurt (coconut yogurt). Learn how to make this homemade, healthy, protein rich after-school snack/treat for kids in 4 easy ways. It is also a great meal prep breakfast option especially in the summer. This tasty dessert uses simple ingredients and is very versatile. Frozen yogurt bars are one of our favorite refined-sugar free treats.

⬇️ RECIPE ⬇️

►35 oz Fage 5% plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
►1/3 cup organic maple syrup
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►pinch pink Himalayan sea salt

Mix all ingredients with a spatula and spread into 11×17 inch parchment paper lined baking tray.
Add toppings and freeze for 4 hours.

– organic peanut butter
– melted 85% dark chocolate chips (dairy-free)
– chopped macadamia nuts (or hazelnuts)
– 85% dark chocolate chips

2️⃣ Superfood Bark
– goji berries
– mulberries
– pumpkin seeds
– sunflower seeds
– cacao nibs

3️⃣ Tropical Bark
– mango (diced)
– pineapple (diced)
– unsweetened shredded coconut
– lime zest

4️⃣ Nuts and Berries Bark
– raspberries
– blueberries
– pistachios
– pecans
