Today`s recipe is for a fresh double sandwich with salmon. It is high in protein, has balanced carbs and rich in healthy fats! For sure suitable for weight loss and following diets!
60 gr. whole grain bread
20 gr. cottage cheese
10 gr. green salad or iceberg salad
20 gr. a slice of cheddar
20 gr. salmon fillet
20 gr. a slice of tomatoes
10 gr. red peppers
1. Cover two slices of whole grain bread with the cottage cheese
2. Put green salad or iceberg salad over the cheese.
3. Add one slice of cheddar.
4. Cover it with salmon fillet.
5. Put a slice of tomatoes on the top of the fillet.
6. Add some red peppers.
7. And finally cover all with the other slice of the bread.
8. Cut the double sandwich into triangle halves.
9. Enjoy!
