Microwave 45-60 Seconds:
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
*Add In*
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
1 Whole Egg
Dry Ingredients Bowl:
1/4 Cup Bob’s 10 Grain P&W Mix
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
3 Tsp Sugar Substitute
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp salt
Combine Wet And Dry Ingredients, Don’t Over Mix
Spray Non-Stick Cooking Spray In Muffin Tin
Bake @ 400 for 20-25 Minutes
