easy healthy tasty vegan smoothie full of protein and nutrient :
A mass gainer #smoothie that can replace a full meal:
the ingredient of the recipe :
Spinach and kale mix
Small to medium-sized banana
4 or 5 strawberries
4 or 5 blackberries and raspberries
handful of blueberries
two tablespoons flaxseed
two tablespoons Chia
6 tablespoons of oats
spoon peanut butter
almond milk
1 serving whey protein vanilla ice cream flavor
The nice thing about a smoothie you have things that don’t necessarily taste amazing on their own pretty good in the Smoothie we have a fruit base and the veggies, flaxseed which the one thing I warned you about it is that high in fibers and a lot of people don’t get enough fibers and if you introduce a whole ton of fibers into your diet really really quickly you’re going to have some gastrointestinal difficulties so maybe start with like half a tablespoon and work your way up slowly.
Guys, so I usually do two tablespoons of these as well both the flax and the Chia contain omega-3 fatty acids and contain minerals and they also are decently calorie-dense and I add some protein to the shakes so if you’re an athlete and trying to put on some weight or #gain muscle #muscle they’re pretty good sources of protein and calories, Quaker Oats, I don’t really think that there’s a whole lot of other benefits to the oats that you couldn’t get from other ingredients but it’s a true meal replacement and it gives you a lot of energy when you go to the #gym.
you can add regular milk or almond milk or soy milk or water I like doing the almond milk I found that it tastes really good it is not as high calorie or sugar dense as regular milk still tasty
if you wanted to make a lower-calorie shake you would probably just leave out the peanut butter or do a lot less of it.
