This traditional Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad recipe is a healthy vegan Mediterranean appetizer made with bulgur, parsley, mint and chopped vegetables.
Ingredients –
Parsley – 2 cups
Bulgur – 1/2 cups cooked
Tomatoes, deseeded – 2 medium
Green Onions – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
Lemon juice – 1 lemon
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
