This is what I typically eat in a day to stay lean year-round. The inspiration behind this video is from you guys because this what you told me you wanted to see! Today was a low calorie day because the previous day I ate over 3,000 calories. I try to eat around 2500 calories daily on average throughout the week so following a high calorie day, I make sure to balance things out. These are 4 clean meals that I’d love for you try.
As mentioned in the video, here is an easy calculator you are able to use to roughly calculate what your maintenance calories should be:
Chocolate Lava Cake Recipe:
Unsweetened almond milk- 3floz
Unsweetened apple sauce-61g
Protein powder- 30g
Cocoa powder- 2tbsp
Baking powder- 1tsp
Stevia- 3tsp
Salt- .25tsp
Oat flour- 40g
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
