We are in the kitchen whipping up a FAT stack of chocolate chunk pancakes that are packed with protein. This breakfast recipe is such an easy one that is perfect for a Saturday morning brunch or after a killer workout💪 Feel free to double or triple the recipe depending on how many folks you’re serving😋

Ingredients:
1/2 banana mashed
1/4 cup almond milk
1 1/2 scoops Planet Protein Chocolate Magic
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp (or more😉) Enjoy Life Chocolate Chunks

I sprayed my pan and cooked these pancakes low and slow for five minutes on each side watching for tiny bubbles to form.

Top these bad boys with maple syrup, almond butter and your favorite toppings! I love more vegan dark chocolate chunks, shredded coconut, more cherries or cacao nibs.
