So I’m going to share with you what I eat for lunch on weekdays.
You will see that it’s very simple.
Real food. No weird ingredients. Plenty of colors. And very tasty.

I’m not showing this to you with the idea that it’s the healthiest food, nor that you should eat the same.
Instead, I want to show you that I do what I teach and I live according to the healthy eating principles I share with your all the time on my blog, here on Youtube, in my programs, in my private sessions or on social media.

You will see that eating healthy doesn’t have to be neither complicated nor expensive.
