Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sabudana
3/4 cup Desi khand or Sugar
1 kg Full Fat Milk
2 Green Cardamon
4-5 Strands of Kesar
Almonds and Kishmish Soaked
Method
First wash sabudana 3-4 Times and Soaked it in 1/2 cup of water for 4-5 hours or Overnight.
Take a wok and Boil the Milk , Add desi khand or sugar and cook for 5-6 minutes. Now add Soaked Sabudana , Elaichi powder , kesar Milk and cook for 15 -20 minutes on low to Middle Flame .when it will become Thick Add dry fruits and Cook for a While.
Sabudana kheer is Ready 😊
