— INGREDIENTS —

Halibut – 1 lb
50/50 salad blend
Cherry tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Onion powder
Lemon
Olive oil

— INSTRUCTIONS —

Season halibut with:

Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – sprinkle
Onion powder -1/4 tsp
Lemon juice
Olive oil

Place halibut on the baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake on 425 F for 25 min.

— TIP —

– Use a digital meat thermometer to cook your fish to the perfection

Add salad blend and cherry tomatoes to the mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Mix it in.
