This is the best French toast I can make by keeping it low calorie and higher protein. Anabolic french toast is great for weight loss and promotes building muscle.

200g-250g of egg whites
50-100g of milk (any percent 0% for least calories)
desired amount of cinammon
dash of salt
2 tbs of sweetner or 2 packages (feel free to add more or less)
hint of vanilla extract
hint of 40% alcohol optional
4-5 dry regular sized toasts
