In this wright loss roti I am adding here kacha papita or raw papaya, as we all know kacha papita is low in calories and high in fiber that helps you to feel full for longer period of time. Kacha papita ke paratha
Whole wheat flour(Ata)-1 cup(150g)
Chickpeas flour -1/2 cup(50g)
Carrot-1 big size(100g)
Raw papaya (kacha papita)-250g
Green chilli-1
Coriander leaves-as per taste
Roasted cumin seeds(jeera) powder-1 tsp
Carom seeds(ajwain)-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Salt- as per taste
Ghee-10g
