Roast beef
2 lb chuck roast
brush beef with Avocado oil
season with 1 tsp each – Cumin , paprika, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper
Pre- heat ninja foodi for 10 min on broil
Add beef in to ninja foodi on broil for 30 min for Medium Well.
Once done leave the beef in the ninja foodi for another 20 min
Slice thinly once cool down
Roasted Cauliflower
Season the cauliflower
set the ninja foodi roast/bake at 400 deg 20 min
Bake for 15 min change to air crisp for 5 min

Rice and veggie pressure cooker
Set ninja foodi on sear/saute
Cook the veggie add 1 cup long grain brown rice and mix well
Add 1 1/4 cup water
Cover with pressure cooker lead
Make sure the valve on the lead is on seal
Press pressure cook on high for 15 min
once done let it release naturally then quick release
Then open the lease carefully and enjoy the rice

Wings

Season the wing with your favorite wing seasoning
pre heat ninja foodi for 10 min (air crisp)
Add the wings into air crisp basket
400 degrees for 20 min
Take out from crisper add wing sauce
Put back in the air crisper for 5-6 min to crisp it more
Enjoy
