Protein Salad
Ingredients
Sprouted black chickpeas -100 grams
Sprouted mung – 100 grams
Chopped paneer – 100 grams
Chopped cucumber – 100 grams
Roasted peanuts – 100 grams
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped tomato – 1
Chopped green chilli – 1
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl add sprouted black chickpeas, sprouted mung, chopped paneer, chopped cucumber, roasted peanuts, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper and lemon juice.
Mix well.
