If you ask you shall receive. In this video I will take you through my day and what I actually eat throughout my day to stay lean year round. I will share with you some meals that I have and one of my workouts, as well as give you some facts about health, food and nutrition.
This is as real as it gets when it comes to what I eat in my day. Keep in mind that I do have a full time job, so staying motivated to train and eat healthy is a choice I make and enjoy making everyday. My diet is not hard to follow and is very enjoyable. I follow a “Calories In vs Calories Out” diet.
At the end of the day, learn from others, but find what works for you and make sure its sustainable and enjoyable!!
Workout: I am currently on a 2 day split and workout 4 days a week, which means I will target each muscle group 2 times a week.
I will eat anywhere between 2,300 and 2,500 calories a day. Some days I go over, some days I will be under. At the end of the week I average out to my maintenance calories, which is in and around 2,400 – 2,500 calories a day.
