Rasoli is a dish in Belgaum which can be served as a Breaskfast or Snacks.Traditionally it is made as a Cheela, but i tried to remake it as a Savory Cake.I hope u like this recipe, do let me know in the Comments down below..!

*Ingredients:
1. Medium sized Cucumber=1
2. Roasted Semolina= 3/4 bowl
3. Rice flour= 4 tsp
4. Chillies=4-5
5. Coriander leaves as required
6. Cumin seeds= 1/2 tsp
7. Coarsely ground roasted peanut powder= 2 tsp
8. Salt as per taste
9. Eno/baking soda= 3/4 tsp
*For tempering:
1. Oil as required
2. Mustard seeds= 1/2 tsp
3.Cumin seeds= 1/2 tsp
4.Curry leaves
*Method:
– Grate the cucumber, add Semolina,rice flour and water mix everything well.
– Grind chillies,coriander and cumin seeds.
– Add paste to the batter and keep it rested for 30min.
– Now add Peanut powder and salt as required.
– Add oil to a pan once hot add mustard,cumin seeds and curry leaves.
– Keep some tempering for later use.
– Heat some oil in the same pan.
– Now add Eno, mix everything and immediately transfer the batter into the
pan, over with lid and cook for 8-10min on medium to low flame.
– Once done flip over and cook until it turns golden brown.
