How to make a healthy salad? Welcome to another instalment of Ashfab Nutrition! On today’s menu I’ll be sharing a personal favourite of mine – a confetti cauliflower salad – great for packing in as much nutrients as possible.
It is also considered as a biggest detox salad and the dressing used on the veggies makes your body really happy. This wonderful salad is packed with the Vitamin K, Vitamin C, folic acid, potassium and fiber. Along with that, the savoury seeds are highly energizing, also contains omega 3 along with the essential nutrients.
So, get up and start your day with this confetti cauliflower salad. You can even include it in your lunch or dinner by adding chicken or turkey to it.
