Healthy Whole wheat Potato Bread Breakfast Recipe, the easiest recipe, very easy & very cheap – Breakfast Recipe. I hope you enjoy this cheesy potato bread! This also makes an amazing dinner when the weather is cold. Its’s quite soothing 🙂 You can make it as an afterschool evening snack too. My kids love to eat this bread for their afternoon tea.

I have used these ingredients in this whole wheat potato bread recipe:

1 Dry Yeast
2 Whole Eggs + 1 egg yolk for top later egg wash
1 tbsp Oil (you can use any oil)
200 ml Milk
1.5 teaspoons of salt
3 Grated Potatoes
100 g Grated Cheese (you can use any cheese)
2 tbsp chopped Parsley (or coriander leaves)
500 g Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Butter for greasing
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Pumpkin Seeds for sprinkling at the top (optional)
