Lal shaag

All you need:
Lal shaag (red spinach)
Garlic chopped
Onion chopped
Green chilli pepper
Lemon leaf
Salt to taste
Cooking oil 2tbsp

When the oil is completely heated add garlic and onion then add salt & cook it until golden brown. Now add lal shaag, green chilli pepper and lemon leaf. Stir and cook till all the water is dried up. Ready to serve with hot rice.
