Ragi idli is a very healthy and filling breakfast to kick-start your day.
Ragi idlis are soft, spongy, nutritious and very easy to prepare. No
other grain has so much calcium as ragi and it is also an excellent source of iron. If you are on a weightloss journey this is the best recipe to include in your breakfast. It is served best with coconut chutney and sambar.
The same batter can be used to make crispy Dosas.
Ingredients
Finger Millet (Ragi) – 2 cups
Urad Dal – 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Water as needed
Oil to grease the idli mould
