This is such a creamy classic potato salad recipe. I have lightened it up and made it healthy by cutting the fat but it still has ALL of the flavor. So easy and delicious I know your going to love it. I follow WW (Weight Watchers) but it is perfect for anyone wanting to eat healthy.

4 HARD BOILED EGGS
1 MEDIUM ONION EITHER SWEET OR WHITE CHOPPED
BOIL CHOPPED POTATOES UNTIL COOKED
CHOP EGGS
OPTIONAL CELERY
THE SECRET SAUCE
1C FAGE 0 FAT GREEK YOGURT
3TBS MAYONASE
1/2 TBS STONE GROUND MUSTARD
1 TSP GARLIC
1/2 TSP WITHE WINE VINEGAR
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
