The macro breakdown for this recipe is:
Calories – 104
Protein – 12g
Fat – 5.5g
Carbs -3g
The ingredients you will need – Silken Tofu, Red Onion, Minced Garlic & Soy Sauce.
Step 1 – Chop and mince 50g of red onion.
Step 2 – Stir minced onion in a bowl with a teaspoon of minced garlic & 1/2 a tablespoon of soy sauce.
Step 3 – Microwave for 35 seconds with a quick stir after 25 seconds.
Step 4 – Pour 1/2 a tablespoon of soy sauce on 150g of Tofu.
Step 5 – Add mixture to the top of Tofu
Step 6 – East od enjoy.
