😍3 ingredients healthy Almond meal Short bread cookies. Very easy & did not use any sort of sugar in this recipe. Used only 2 tbsp Maple syrup for all 12 cookies. Tastes just like Almond Good day biscuits. 😍
🍪Ingredients: Makes 12 to 14 small cookies
* 1 & 1/2 cup Almond flour
* 2 tbsp Maple syrup
* 1/4 tsp Salt
* 1 tbsp Coconut Oil(add if needed)
* 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
🍪Notes:
+ I made my own Almond flour by grinding Almonds in blender. I used with skin. You can also soaked it in warm water for 2 hours & remove skin. Dry it until no moisture. Then grind it to a powder to get like store bought. You can also use store bought Almond powder
+ Add 1 tbsp Thick coconut oil or just 1.5 tbsp Melted coconut oil for this recipe.
+ You can add another tbsp of Maple syrup if you like it more sweeter. I prepared a healthier version so added less.
